Zip It Gear is glad to guarantee your gear from manufacturer defects for one year from the date of purchase. Manufacturer defects are construction related defects and wear and tear from normal or heavy use will not be covered.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact us and we will refund your money upon return of your unused, unworn and undamaged product. You may be subject to a return and restocking fee of up to 20% of your original invoice if the product or packaging is damaged.
